1. at delta.com/redeem.
2. Call Delta Air Lines Reservations and advise the agent that you are redeeming an eGift or a Card. In the U.S. and Canada, call 800-225-1366 or 800-225-2525. This method of redemption may result in direct ticketing charges.
3. At delta.com/vacations or by calling 800-800-1504 for Delta Vacations® packages that include air transportation.
4. In person at a Delta Air Lines City Ticket Office (CTO) or with Delta Air Lines Airport Customer Service (ACS).
5. Through a Delta Air Lines General Sales Agent (GSA). - Delta Airlines egift cards are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
